Can’t I prepare my own Last Will?

No. No. And No!  You don’t cut your own hair.  You probably don’t change the oil in your own car.  Why not?  Because somebody that knows how to do it can do it better than you can.  You don’t know the law and you should not pay for a few forms that may or may not accomplish what you want to accomplish.  I wrote my first Last Will and Testament in 1994.  Not a single will that I prepared has been contested in court. Not one. Not one time.  If you live in Florida, you should have a Florida lawyer prepare your Last Will and Testament.
